Booking & Availability

• How far in advance should we book?
  As far in advance as possible. Many times couples wait to book vendors just to find out their wedding date is unavailable.
  
• Do you hold dates without a retainer?
  No.
  
• What is required to secure our date?
  To procure the services of Made In Texas Productions the requirement is a 50% non-refundable deposit on the total cost of services requested.

• What packages do you offer and what’s included?

• Can we customize a package or add hours?
  We can absolutely customize any package or create a package price tailor made to your needs, including extra hours, or cinematographers.
  
• Do you charge travel fees?
  Up to 60 mile radius there is no travel fee.

Editing & Delivery

• What films will we receive and how long are they?
  Just depends on the package you decide on.
  
• What is your turnaround time?
  Social Media Trailers - 2 days
  Highlight Films.         - 1-2 months
  
  
  
• How are the films delivered?
  Depending on package, via electronic transfer, or customizable thumb drive.
  
• Can we request revisions?
  Up to 2 revisions per film after that, there is an editing fee of $75 per hour.
  
• Do we get the raw footage?
  In most circumstances, no. If raw footage is requested, we will strive to accommodate.
  

Payments & Policies

• What payment methods do you accept?
  Currently at this time -
  Cash app, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Cash in hand. No personal checks accepted.
  
  
• When is the final balance due?
  The final balance due for all services accepted, is two (2) weeks prior to dates requested for service.
  
• What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
  In the event of cancellation, the 50% deposit is non refundable with the remainder refunded fully to client. For a reschedule, Made In Texas Productions will strive to accommodate, however cannot guarantee the availability of the date selected.

• Can you film our rehearsal dinner or welcome party?
  Absolutely!
  
• Do you offer live‑streaming?
  Currently, not at this time.
  
• Do you travel for destination weddings?
  100% YES! We have creators and cinematographers very familiar with foreign travel and the logistics for obtaining appropriate permits and visas for filming.
