Terms of Service
1. Definitions“Company” refers to Made in Texas Productions LLC. “Client” refers to the couple or individual signing the Agreement. “Event Date” means the date of services listed on the invoice.
2. ServicesThe Company agrees to provide wedding‑videography services (“Services”) as described in the Client’s selected package and any written add‑ons. The final deliverables are specified in the attached Exhibit A.

5. Crew Meals & BreaksClient shall provide a hot meal and reasonable break time for each videographer for events exceeding 6 hours of coverage.

8. Drone Operations - Drone coverage is weather‑, location‑, and FAA‑permitting. No guarantee is made if conditions prohibit safe flight.
9. Delivery & Archival
10. Revision Policy - Two rounds of minor revisions is included if requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional edits billed at $75/hour.
11. Music Licensing - All publicly distributed films will use licensed music. Client song suggestions will be considered but final selection is subject to licensing availability.
12. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
13. Limitation of Liability - In the unlikely event of total production failure or cancellation of this Agreement by the Company, liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid. The Company is not liable for consequential damages, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.
14. Force Majeure - Performance is subject to Acts of God, government restrictions, pandemic, war, fire, and other causes beyond the parties’ control. Liability is limited to monies paid, less services rendered.
15. Insurance - The Company maintains general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificates of Insurance (COI) available upon request.
16. Governing Law & Venue - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Bexar County, TX].
17. Entire Agreement & SeverabilityThis Agreement, including all exhibits and invoices, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.

3. Booking & Payment
- A non‑refundable Retainer of 50% of quoted cost of services is required to secure the Event Date; balance is due 14 days before the Event Date.
- Payments may be made via cash / PayPal / Venmo / Zelle / CashApp / ApplePay / AppleCash.
- Failure to pay remaining balance before event date will be considered a cancellation therefor no crew or filming will take place and client deposit is forfeited to Made In Texas Productions. NO EXCEPTIONS
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Written notice is required for any cancellation. The Retainer is non‑refundable.
- If the Event Date is rescheduled and the Company is available, payments apply to the new date; rescheduling fee $___ may apply.
- If the Company is unavailable on the new date, this will be treated as a cancellation by Client.
5. Crew Meals & BreaksClient shall provide a hot meal and reasonable break time for each videographer for events exceeding 6 hours of coverage.
6. Creative Control
- The Company retains sole editorial and production discretion.
- Client acknowledges that editing style is subjective and waives the right to contest artistic judgment.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Secure any venue permissions or permits for videography and drone usage.
- Inform the officiant and planner that the ceremony will be filmed.
- Provide accurate timelines and contact information for the day‑of coordinator.
8. Drone Operations - Drone coverage is weather‑, location‑, and FAA‑permitting. No guarantee is made if conditions prohibit safe flight.
9. Delivery & Archival
- Estimated delivery of highlight film and other edits is ‑ weeks after the Event Date. Rush edits available for an additional fee.
- Raw footage is retained for 6 months after delivery, after which it may be deleted at the discretion of Made In Texas Productions.
10. Revision Policy - Two rounds of minor revisions is included if requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional edits billed at $75/hour.
11. Music Licensing - All publicly distributed films will use licensed music. Client song suggestions will be considered but final selection is subject to licensing availability.
12. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- The Company retains copyright to all footage and edits.
- Client receives a personal, non‑commercial license to view, download, and share the delivered films.
- The Company may use excerpts for its portfolio, website, and social media unless Client opts out in writing.
